Quote/Order
If an order is placed using our website, it is not guaranteed to be accepted if it does not meet specifications entered by the customer, or due to design issues. Prices are subject to change if encountered in any design issues. We reserve the right to change price or delivery date on any orders. Customer will be notified of these changes.

Deliveries
All orders are shipped on business days. We do offer weekend deliveries on certain orders with an additional cost. All orders are FOB shipping point. We pre-pay and bill for shipping and handling. Deliveries are shipped using FedEx. Same day orders are shipped using FedEx only. Other carriers are available upon request.

Return Material Authorization Policy
If you receive any orders that do not meet your specifications or data, please contact us within 30 days to fill out an RMA form. Order must be returned to Online Electronics within 30 days of delivery. Our liabilities are limited to the purchase price only. We are not liable for any other costs beyond the cost of the order.

Returned Check Policy
All returned checks due to any reason by the bank will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. In addition, customer is liable to pay all other collection and processing charges.

Payments
Payments can be made by Credit card using Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX. COD orders are also accepted. To qualify for an open account, a credit application must be filled out. However, we request that new customer orders should be paid by Credit card to avoid any delays in processing/shipping.

We offer Net 30 on approved credit Application. We don’t process your credit card until we start your job. Quotation is based on the specifications provided. Changes require a new quotation. We reserve the right to requote after an Engineering review of the files provided.

Cancellations
Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation charge. Charges may vary upon order status. If you decide to cancel or change any order, please contact Online Electronics immediately by phone and followed by an e-mail or fax.

Shipping & Handling Damages
Online Electronics will not be responsible for any type of improper handling or carrier delays in shipping. Shipping & Handling damages must be reported to carrier and package contents must be checked before acceptance of package. If you decide to return the package, please note on package “Returned Due To Shipping Damage.” Please contact Online Electronics if any shipping & handling damages occur.
